How it Works:

Session 1: 45 minutes

Comprehensive intake and goal setting

Sessions 2-4: 30 minutes

Individualized caregiver coaching, teaching practical strategies, and providing feedback to support speech and language development

  • At this time, we are not credentialed with any insurance companies. This is a private-pay service designed to be flexible, accessible, and outside of insurance limitations.

    Payment is made securely online prior to the first session. You can pay by credit/debit card, and receipts are provided for your records.

  • In many cases, yes! We can provide you with a detailed receipt that may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement— please check with your provider for specific requirements. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed.

  • All sessions are virtual and conducted over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll get a private link before each session.

    We offer flexible scheduling options to meet your needs. You can choose to schedule your 4 sessions consecutively, or space them out as you’d like.

  • Not necessarily! The most current model for intervention at this age is caregiver coaching, which means you’ll receive personalized guidance and education to use with your child during daily routines, like mealtime or playtime. The goal is to provide you with practical strategies that you can apply in real-life situations to support your child’s speech and language development. If we can practice these strategies in real time, even better!
